Mrs Alice Tan, formerly Assistant Director with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, is qualified in both banking and insurance laws. A graduate of the University of London, she was called to the Bar at the Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1994.
Mrs Tan chambered with Godwin & Co before joining the late Fergusson’s law firm. She practices Personal law, including Family law, Conveyancing, drawing up Wills and settling Estate matters. She handles both Civil and Commercial litigation, sets up companies and acts as Director/Agent and Company Secretary for over 10 foreign-owned entities. She would represent her clients against any criminal prosecution (company law or traffic offences).
